The Evocative Atelier, which will be known to our clientele as T.E.A., embodies excellence, authenticity, and timeless elegance in the world of bespoke lingerie. Nestled in the Haymarket’s historic downtown, The Evocative Atelier invites its clientele to explore our curation of size-inclusive lingerie, bra solutions, as well as carefully selected accessories. T.E.A. is the sister-company to Evoke Boudoir, an established boudoir photography studio founded by Haymarket’s own Danielle Tirserio. Evoke Boudoir has been serving women in the greater D.C. area for over 12 years and established our commercial studio in Haymarket in 2021. Boudoir and lingerie are naturally a perfect pair. Both companies ensure each customer will leave their doors feeling confident and empowered.

Part-Time Bra Fitter/Sales Associate
20-25 hours/week
Operating hours set from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday (private appointments will be Wednesday). We seek individuals who can commit to this schedule and the high standards we uphold.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster a culture of premium salesmanship, prioritizing brand loyalty and customer relationships.
Provide exemplary customer service in-store, during fittings, and across digital channels.
Collaborate with the team to maintain the boutique's standards of elegance and organization.
Efficiently handle both customer interactions and operational tasks.
Represent the brand with dignity and enthusiasm in every interaction.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in retail or sales is highly regarded.
Experience with Lightspeed retail POS is a plus.
Exceptional communication, both verbal and written.
Must respect and empathize with all clientele.
Demonstrable organizational skills.
Proficient in multitasking and setting priorities.
Strong technological adeptness.
A genuine appreciation for the art of lingerie.
